Marian Bendeth and Basenotes - Winners at the 2008 Canadian Fragrance Awards


Marian Bendeth and Basenotes.net have picked up the award for Best* Fragrance Editorial - Broadcast or Web at last night's Canadian Fragrance Awards for the second year in a row. The winning piece was Marian's interview with Les Christophes published last year.

I would like to congratulate Grant Osborne of the fabulous Basenotes for his dedication to the fragrance industry and for being open to fragrance stories that are not mainstream!

I would also like to thank Les Christoph's - Christophe Laudamiel and Christoph Hornetz for being so innovative and for thinking and creating scents 'outside of the box'.

Their work is a fascinating journey! They allow us to smell in 3D and bring the visuals to life with incredible brilliance and artistry.
