I agree, though I don't find it similar to Carven Homme, the top notes are muted IMO, but the sandalwood drydown is in a class of its own..I use it in layering..

Notes listed as the pyramid don't mean much as the AMOUNT of each ingredient makes all the difference..that is why scents with VERY similar pyramids smell nothing alike.

You have something there, as our senses of smell, taste and vision certainly overlap but touch and hearing don't seem to have any connection...I can't think of a scent but give you 10/10 for...

I recently tried Scent 21 by CN and absolutely loved it, great scent and fantastic longevity, any one has any views on it.

Declaration has a body odor note in the opening, but Terre is about Nature, it smells of Eart, rocks wood , very aptly named

As Jenson says , this takes a while to grow on you, then you'll love it . a milder and dare I say better scent to this is by the same perfumer JCE, and it's Un Jardin Sur le Nil.

Yes! it's more unisex than a LOT of masculine marketed scents (Dior Homme, Aramis 900..)
