Re: I Found the Best Atomizer! (Department Store Only, Please)

Chanel sprayers seem to work very well - Egoiste was great, and Allure Homme Blanche gives a good spray. The rest more-or-less work as expected.

Asides from those two I've never really noticed...

Re: Havana, Hype or Reality?

Hopefully Aramis will come out with a sampler / mini kit containing little bottles of all the range - something like what CK / Bvlgari and other brands have. I'd buy that for sure

Re: My Mini Reviews of the Free Samples from you kind BNers!

Kiton Black is great stuff, I'm strongly thinking about getting a bottle - however I want to try and swap / sell some of mine first.

If you wernt blown away by Himalya try Paco Rabanne XS -...

Re: Dior Homme or Terre D'hermes

The only difference I can detect is a bit more longevity out of the Parfum (it was still 'slightly' there the next morning, although I re-applied around 4 pm). In terms of projection and scent, there...

Re: Dior Homme or Terre D'hermes

If you've tried Terre d'Hermes and like it why not get that? I would not buy it blind though as it can cause headaches if your averse to it.
If you really like the Dior, what about Dior Homme...

Re: summer scent with good longevity and sillage?

I second this. Id also add Azzaro Chrome; Ck One but with triple the longevity and sillage. Bvlgari Aqua is good too but not quite the monster that Issey is!

Re: Do "Boozy" Colognes Make Me Smell Like I've Been Drinking?!

I got some strange looks when I was wearing Paul Smith - London. Much boozier than Burberry's London IMO.

Re: date cologne

Really depends on the date, person, etc. Id say whatever it is, dont over-apply, as your date may not like it!
If I were to delve back into the dating world, something like Silver Mountain Water,...

Re: Grey Vetiver by Tom Ford - a review

Are they giving away samples of this currently in Aus? I've seen it in DJs and tried it on my hands, but a sample would be handy!

Re: What is your best inexpensive frag purchase

I got a bottle of Burberry London for free. I was charged $30 then refunded $30 in the same sale... I looked at my receipt of '$0.00' when I got home and scratched my head. Just lucky I guess.

Re: Good first vetiver fragrance?

Amazed no ones mentioned Kenzo Air yet?
This is still my favorite 'easy-to-wear' vetiver, despite trying Encre Noir, Vetiver Extraordinaire, Grey Vetiver and Guerlains Vetiver.

Re: Younger fumeheads... No Respect!

On another note, I'd suggest reading about the "Ladder of Inference." It helps you understand why many sales assistants, and people in general, work this way. I worked in retail for 5 years while...

Re: Tried New "Hot" Water by Davidoff

To my nose it smells like Givenchy Pi Neo minus the aquatic element, with an overload of Benzoin and 'miscellaneous woods.' I actually quite like it, I could see it being a good, safe winter office...

Re: Havana, Hype or Reality?

I can't understand the hype, in all honesty. Its nice but I wouldnt consider it 'mind blowing.' It smelt virtually the same as Montana Red but with a bit more tobacco thrown in. I could, however,...

Re: Younger fumeheads... No Respect!

It always helps if you have a girl there with you. I do find that I get ignored when dressed casually, however after work in a business shirt and pants I get pounced by three different SAs... Same as...

Re: Spotted at Aussie K-Mart

Perhaps unboxed + sitting in a front window (as they do in my closest 'DCW') they have gone off a bit - I'm always hesitant to buy their testers as I know most have been sitting in a shop window for...

Re: Christian Dior homme vs Dior homme Intense Prafume?

Yup, I own all three & wear them regularly - although Intense I'd only wear on a cool winter night.

Re: Spotted at Aussie K-Mart

Re: Terre D'Hermes

I really couldn't tell much of a difference, either in scent or longevity, between the original and the parfum. I have a voucher for a sample of the parfum which I might go pick up today, but from 2...
