Re: Opinions Wanted - Guerlain Spiritueuse Double Vanille vs. L'Art et la Matiere lin
If I had to choose I'd say SDV but I believe they can be in the same wardrobe.
BTW, if we all didn't care for discussing structures, approaches, ingredients, etc. this would be a very boring...

Re: The Perfumed Count any experiences?
TPC is run by a couple of very nice ladies. They've got fast delivery and normally respond pretty quickly to e-mails. However, I've often had the idea that their samples are weak, as if they haven't...

Re: Would vetiver work as a parfum?
Djedi didn't work for me because after a fantastic animalic and leathery-rosy first hour it dried down to nothing more than vetiver+oakmoss...and it's not a dark vetiver but a rather fresh/green one,...

Re: Coffee Time , coffee fragances

Re: Coffee Time , coffee fragances
I work part-time in a coffee bar as a barista but sadly I've never come across a fragrance that really smells like freshly-ground coffee... It just all smells enormously synthetic to me :(

Re: Would vetiver work as a parfum?
It doesn't necessarily have to be stronger on the vetiver, I think it's strong enough as it it. But my idea of a parfum is that it is not only more concentrated but that parfums also exhibit a few...

Re: Would vetiver work as a parfum?
