I also think Scorpio is a good name for a cologne. I don't believe in star signs but, having read the descriptions, I would love to be a Scorpio. But I am a Saggitarius, so here we go.

For discoveries, consider small(er) airports far away from mainstream European or American destinations. Many may have smaller suppliers with unorthodox stock.
