I just wish I could 'get' this.
I have tried it 3 or 4 times and each time all I get is vanilla and cinnamon (too sweet) over a light musk.

I also would strongly suggest you try Guerlain Heritage, both the EDT and the EDP - very much in the PPH, BdP, PdN NY vein.
