Hmmm... okay. Well, not being an avid fresh fan, have you tried Geir? It's reasonable priced (last time I checked) and is more of a fresh floriental. Other than that, Iceberg Twice can be obtained for roughly $20 (100ml) - it's more aromatic but still fresh. Also try the men's offerings by Guerlain - Guerlain Homme, Vetiver and Habit Rouge ( Légère or EDC versions). Your budget may prove to be problematic but I'm sure there may be other options, if you get lucky on ebay...
